We hope you're enjoying your creative journey with us, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Don't worry; we've got you covered with our friendly return policy. Our aim is to make your shopping experience as delightful as possible, even when you need to return or exchange an item.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange. We believe in spreading happiness, and your satisfaction is our top priority!

What Can You Return?

You can return any item that meets the following criteria:

1. It is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

2. It has not been used, altered, or damaged.

3. It was purchased directly from The Dabble Spot.

4. If the coffee roaster inadvertently sends the wrong coffee blend that doesn't match your order, we kindly request that you avoid opening the bag. Instead, please return the unopened bag to them for an exchange. It's important to note that if the bag has been opened or is otherwise damaged, a refund for the purchase cannot be provided by the coffee roaster nor The Dabble Spot.

What can NOT be Return?

1. Digital download.

2. Courses.

3. Coffee.

You may only request a return for digital download/course purchases if, and only if, you inadvertently paid for two or more copies when your intention was to purchase just one.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact our friendly customer support team at hello@dabblespot.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item.

3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if necessary.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly process your request:

- For returns: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

- For exchanges: We will send you the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

In most cases, we provide prepaid return shipping labels for your convenience. However, in some situations, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Our customer support team will provide guidance on this during the return process.
